Case Study: Traditional Council Digital Presence

The Challenge

A traditional council in Limpopo had no central digital presence. Information was shared through word of mouth, printed notices, and phone calls – leading to confusion, missed events, and administrative overload.

The Solution

We built a custom ASP.NET website with:

• Admin dashboard – staff could publish news, events, and documents without technical skills
• Document library – council minutes, bylaws, and public notices available online
• Event calendar – community members could see upcoming events and RSVP
• Social media integration – Facebook and Twitter feeds displayed on the homepage
